TEPL has a pool of machinery and quality-checking tools, an In-house fully equipped Standard Room and a team of proficient engineers and workers who possess skilled workmanship and are expertise in making and scrutinizing bicycles and moped parts with precise dimensions.

Technology

The merchandise traded by TEPL is manufactured by the Parent company using the hi-tech machinery imported from Taiwan. The company has installed CNC EDM, CNC Wire Cut EDM machines and CNC Turning to achieve Consistency and Quality. The frequency of errors has been minimized and we have successfully achieved the six-sigma milestone.

The company is having a complete Hot Forging unit and Cold forging unit for aluminum alloys, consisting of six number Knuckle Joint Forging Presses having tonnage capacity from 400 tons to 800 tons. They provide the advantage of having a proper grain structure, hardness and machining margin.

Understanding the Company’s social responsibility, the management has set up an EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP) to minimize the strength and the amount of the waste matter disposed off by the company. The company is complying with all the regulations of Industrial Environmental Policy.
